Location

We are based in Hoxton, London and operate a hybrid model:

• We have 3 days in the office per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

About the Role

Borderless is looking for its first Product Manager to help solve the complexity of immigration. Reporting to Jonathan (our CTO and Cofounder), you will own the product roadmap to deliver a seamless experience for employers and candidates all over the world.

What will you be doing?

• Collaborate closely with our founders to shape and define the overall product strategy for Borderless.

• Build a deep understanding of customer pain points and how Borderless can best support their immigration needs

• Gathe, triage and prioritise feedback and data from internal teams such as our Customer and Immigration teams

• Systematically prioritise features to ensure we continuously deliver value to our users

• Work hand in hand with our engineering team to ensure timely delivery of features

• Build and refine detailed feature specs that engineers can action

You should apply if:

• You already have proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of building successful software products. You have experience of building a product 0-1.

• You have ideally worked in a fast paced startup environment or worked on a greenfield project

• You have a strong analytical mindset and are able to transform user feedback into actionable insights

• You have excellent communication and relationship building skills - you know how to work with a variety of stakeholders to ultimately deliver customer value

It’s a bonus if you:

• Have an interest in or experience with immigration and global mobility

• Technical experience, whether professional or personal
