Location
We are based in Hoxton, London and operate a “office-first” hybrid model:
- We have 3 days in the office per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

About the Role
We’re looking for a brilliant Sales Director to take charge of the growing sales function at Borderless. Reporting directly to our CEO, you’ll own the company wide target, build scalable processes and coach your team to succeed. You’ll analyse data to drive growth, own key metrics & reporting and collaborate with company leadership to shape the revenue function and commercial vision at Borderless, as you build out a top performing sales team.
What will you be doing?
- Results Leading a team of 3 (soon to be expanded), you’ll own the company wide sales target
- Funnel You will take charge of pipeline activities and our sales process, supporting others or directly contributing & winning key deals as necessary
- Outbound For our enterprise sales motion, you’ll put in place the foundation of our outbound motion.
- Systems Thinking You’ll build repeatable processes & ways of working to maximise sales team growth & efficiency
- Leadership Led, coach and develop our existing team to accelerate them directly and in their careers
- Analysis. You’re fluid with data, able to test hypothesis via structured experiments, interrogate results and discover key insights to enable growth.
- Reporting. You know what the most important metrics are and can guide others to iterate on reporting for other stakeholders including our board
- Strategy Working direct with the founders, and our marketing and account management leads, you’ll drive the vision for the revenue function at Borderless
- Hiring You’ll be responsible for building a world class team and sales function at Borderless

- You’re a structured and organised person, you know what good looks like, and are able to instil great in other people
- You’re highly collaborative and have worked cohesively with marketing and account management leaders
Interview Process
- 20 minute screening call with the Talent team
- 30 minute interview with the Hiring Manager (our CEO)
- Take home exercise
- Final round onsite with founders and 1-2 key colleagues
