About the Role
We're looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join our growing sales function at Borderless. Reporting to Leadership, you'll help drive our company's growth by converting inbound leads and building your own pipeline of opportunities. You'll work closely with prospects to understand their needs, demonstrate our platform's value, and close deals efficiently. You'll use data-driven insights to optimise your sales approach and contribute to our rapidly scaling revenue.
What will you be doing?

- Stakeholder Management - build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across different organisational levels. Navigate complex decision-making processes involving HR, legal, and leadership teams. Coordinate effectively with internal teams to deliver solutions.
- Sales Process Management - guide prospects through our structured sales process from initial contact to close. Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast effectively, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Pipeline Development - proactively build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Qualify leads effectively, prioritize high-value opportunities, and maintain consistent follow-up strategies. Convert inbound leads while developing outbound opportunities.
- Industry Expertise - stay current with UK immigration laws, visa sponsorship requirements, and industry trends. Understand common challenges faced by UK businesses in hiring international talent. Leverage this knowledge to position our solution effectively.
- Persistence - maintain high activity levels and follow-through on all opportunities. Handle objections professionally and turn challenges into opportunities. Stay motivated and focused on achieving targets even during difficult periods.
- Perseverance - demonstrate resilience in facing rejections and setbacks. Maintain a positive attitude while working through long sales cycles. Continuously learn and adapt strategies based on experience and feedback.
