🎯 ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As Marketing Lead at Borderless, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our marketing strategy across the full funnel. This includes coordinating closely with Sales and owning the conversion from MQLs through to opportunities, ensuring strong alignment with the SDR function. You will define the strategy required to hit marketing targets and build out a clear 12-month roadmap for the function.
We are looking for someone who is very tech-first, comfortable experimenting with modern tooling and automation, and extremely hands-on when it comes to building and optimising systems across our CRM and marketing stack. The role requires someone who has a strong understanding across all major marketing channels and disciplines, while also bringing deep expertise in one or two core areas. This is a startup environment, so you will need to be comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on as the function scales.
✅ REQUIREMENTS
Experience: 4+ years in B2B SaaS marketing or growth, working in a fast-moving environment with measurable pipeline or revenue impact
Demand Generation: Proven track record owning MQL and pipeline growth, using a mix of inbound and outbound marketing channels
Growth Mindset: Comfortable testing, experimenting and iterating across acquisition channels to identify scalable growth opportunities and continuously improve acquisition
Multi-Channel Acquisition: Experience building and executing campaigns across paid media, website, content, webinars and other channels
Content & SEO: Experience leveraging content and SEO as acquisition channels, developing high-value content that drives inbound traffic and demand
Marketing Analytics: Strong data-driven approach, using CRM, marketing automation or analytics tools to track performance, identify opportunities and optimise campaigns
Marketing Tech: Comfortable building and working with modern marketing and growth tooling, and adopting new technologies to improve marketing performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong project management and communication skills, working closely with sales, product, customer success and subject-matter experts to deliver campaigns.
